By registering and using the Senderistas Jubilados platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend reading them carefully.

Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Senderistas Jubilados web platform, which facilitates the organisation of hiking routes, enrolment management and community participation.

Registration and account

To use the platform you must create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities carried out with your account.

Rules of use

You agree to use the platform respectfully, not publish offensive or illegal content, respect other members and follow coordinator instructions during routes. Non-compliance may result in account suspension.

Route enrolment

Route enrolments are subject to availability. By enrolling you commit to attending; if you cannot, you must cancel as early as possible to free up the spot. Repeated cancellations without good reason may limit future enrolments.

User content

By uploading photos, comments or other content to the platform, you declare that you hold the necessary rights and grant the club a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. The club reserves the right to remove inappropriate content.

Liability

Hiking routes carry risks inherent to outdoor activities. Each member participates at their own risk and must assess their physical capability. The club facilitates organisation but is not liable for accidents arising from sporting activity.

Modifications

The club reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated through the platform and take effect upon publication. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the new terms.
